Common questions
Does every product need EAC certification?
There is no single answer for every product. Confirm the product, application and applicable technical regulations, then ask specialists to assess certification, declaration or other documentation. Company registration or a similar product’s certificate does not replace that check.
Can an existing certificate cover a new model?
This needs checking. Share the certificate, model differences, application and manufacturer details with the relevant organization to confirm scope and current status before deciding on further testing or documents. Northway can coordinate materials and communication.
Can we send samples as an ordinary parcel?
First tell the carrier and customs provider the product, purpose, quantity and recipient. Confirm transport and document requirements before dispatch. Calling a shipment a sample does not replace checks for the product and route.
