Do we need to register a company first?
Clarify sales and fulfilment first, then ask legal and accounting specialists to assess the operating entity. Validation, buyer conversations and formal operations are different stages; sequence the work for your project.
Does banking coordination guarantee an account?
No. Northway can coordinate documents and communication; the bank reviews the application under its requirements. Confirm documents, available services and timing directly with the handling bank.
Are an office, warehouse or showroom included?
These are agreed separately. Confirm sample dimensions, use, quantities, storage conditions and viewing needs before choosing a venue and provider. Local coordination does not automatically include these facilities or imply ownership.
